All Areas Inspections have been clients of Empower IT since 2013. Needless to say, we are very pleased with their service which includes general IT, equipment supply, support & more recently specialized software development & support.I am impressed by the competence of their staff, their response time (even out of hours). I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Just Careers Training t/as Licences 4 Work has been a client of Empower IT since our inception 15 years ago.Having gone from 1 site and 2 staff originally to now 11 sites around the country, with over 200 employees, and 2 other businesses that have also been added to the scope of IT management, Empower IT has been with us and a pivotal part of our growth and expansion over the past 15 years. We would not have been able to be where we are today if Empower IT had not been part of our overall business strategy.Highly highly highly recommended for any size business who want to focus on their business whilst relying on a business partner that can provide strong strategic direction and support.

Highly recommend Salim and The Team at Empower IT Solutions. Salim is certainly an expert when it comes to rolling out Microsoft's suite of products and tailoring them to your organisation and is only too willing to provide expert advice and opinions around the array of IT issues that one encounters in today's modern world. Empower are an organisation that offers very reasonably priced products and IT support services and conduct themselves in a professional way, whilst at the same time, they are able to build rapport with their customers to ensure a long term business relationship is sustained. I would have no hesitation in recommending Empower IT for your IT support, ERP upgrade or CRM roll out etc.I look forward to working with The Team again it the near future.

From the early days, Fayez and the development team quickly gained a thorough grasp of our business and IT requirements as we developed our infield systems. Importantly, they are always willing and supportive as we continue enhancing and expanding our systems. Mahmoud and his friendly support team also have a great understanding of our systems and the devices our field operatives use. I've always found Empower IT to be a trusted partner and knowledgeable consultancy and services management company. They have professional team and as far as my interaction with them is concerned they have a visionary approach in IT services domain specially for Data Center and CRM implementation services. Moreover they are into application development as well. I would highly recommend them for any services related to CRM and Data Center (Private / Hybrid Cloud Hosting) services.

Wow, what a breath of fresh air!We have been struggling with our national IT infrastructure for years with various providers who always start off well but end up providing a lacklustre service.Our size and complexity means we straddle enterprise and medium/large deployments and therefore we found it difficult to find a suitable MSP with the right experience and background. Our initial apprehension proved to be unfounded after our first catastrophic failure (power failure). The right people were immediately dispatched and worked through the night to ensure morning operations were not affected.Going the extra mile (even in the most difficult circumstances) and ensuring a suitable outcome was reached in many situations time and time again shows how committed they are to customer service.I don't normally write reviews for anything online but I am making an exception for Empower IT Solutions. The level of professionalism nothing short of amazing and I highly recommend them to any prospective clients.
